Joining our community group will help to let others know that there is an awareness of the need for protection of our unique aquatic habitats and species. You will be contributing to the growing movement within the fishing and general community taking action to protect our aquatic environment for present and future generations to enjoy. Membership is for everybody from all sorts of backgrounds, if you care about saving out oceans and waterways and fishing sustainably FFC is for you.

The FFC has 3 types of membership available.
1. General membership -FREE !!- stay informed via our email list, only members may attend meetings/functions and vote.
2. Financial Membership $10 p.a. - Support the FFC by becoming a Financial Member.
3. Gold member $100+ (all the above benefits, membership for life, certificate of appreciation for you or your business)
The only requirement for membership is agreement with the objects of the association. - We encourage membership from people of all ages, race, religion, and fishing experience.

iii) To educate recreational fishers and others regarding the benefits of environment conservation and sustainable fishing practices.
iv) To undertake research related to the objects of the association.
